Magnificent elegant 3 bedroom, two & a half bath family home located in Quilchena, a stones throw from Shaughnessy Kerrisdale, the Arbutus Greenway, many restaurants and parks. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. I take great pride in making guests feel welcome in our home. You will be staying in the main part of the home. Our basement is used to store our possessions, and will not be accessed during your stay. I take great pride in making every guest feel special in our exceptionally clean, well kept and organized home. Principal bedroom with closets, and has an en-suite bathroom. It has a view of the city and north shore mountains. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a double bed. Both have ample closet space. Second bathroom is just opposite. Main floor has an elegant living room, dining room, spacious well appointed and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, eating area and separate cozy tv room. There is a small desk in the eating area, should you need to work. The eating area has patio doors which open onto a lovely deck which overlooks a well appointed landscaped garden. Gas BBQ too! Washer and Dryer are conveniently located on the main floor. Additional cleaning services are available on request for longer stays. Basement and garage are not included and are used for our storage. We have a smartlock and outdoor lighting so you can arrive and leave at any hour. No pets or parties permitted.
