The brewery is a converted 1960s fire station with the taproom located inside the old garage. We have the original hose drying tower for the old cotton hoses, only one of two remaining in Phoenix. We brew all of our beer on premise and have a 10 bbl system with 13 tanks.
Our alcohol license allows us to sell beer, wine, cider and seltzer, along with some non-alcoholic options, which guests would be able to order from the bar. We do not currently sell liquor and guests would not be able to bring their own. We do have bartenders and servers that could be available for events as well.
Our maximum capacity is 230, with 98 seats at indoor tables, 14 barstools and 48 seats at our outdoor covered picnic tables. There is central air in the brewery and three A/C units in taproom. We also have a portable swamp cooler and several large fans available for rent. Outside, we have misters for warmer weather and five patio heaters for cooler weather. We also have a kitchen with a full menu that guests are able to order from the day of or for larger groups we can offer a catering menu.
We have a stage outside with connections to our house sound system, there are an additional two connections inside the taproom. Anyone wishing to use the microphones or house sound system would have to do a full room rental.
There is a handicap-accessible bathroom. There are three stalls, one with a diaper changing station, and six urinals. There is a shared two-faucet sink.
