Flexible hall layout allows for custom setups, workshops, corporate events, shoots, and community gatherings. Managed by the church’s designated Venue Coordinator; booking the space supports community outreach, maintenance and mission-driven work. Vendors allowed (catering, AV, décor), renters bring their own team. Alcohol permitted only with proper permits/licensing. Must comply with local ABC rules and event licensing. We require proof of liability insurance naming the church as additional insured, and vendor licenses/permits when applicable. All proceeds directly support the church’s community programs and venue upkeep. Contact our Venue Coordinators (Lindsay and Diana) to review available dates, layout options and rental terms. Inventory on site: 12+ Round tables || 98 Chairs: cloth seats, metal stands, burgundy || 8 stools || 11 6-8ft folding tables: plastic and wood For rental arches, faux flowers, and decorative props, please inquire for availability and pricing. Kitchen & Cooking Protocols: Kitchen access must be approved in advance and will be supervised by a church representative. Additional fee required. Guests are welcome to use the refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave (if approved). Please wash, dry, and return all dishes, utensils, and cookware to their original place after use. Clean all counters, sinks, and appliances used during your rental. Any leftover food or trash must be disposed of properly before checkout. Inventory will be checked before and after each rental; any missing or damaged items may result in a fee. $50 flat fee → light use (warming food, basic prep, fridge access) $75–$100 flat fee → full use (stove/oven, cooking, multiple vendors or caterers) For Productions (photo/film shoots): $75 flat fee → minimal use (coffee, snacks, storing catering food) $100–$150 flat fee → full use for crew meals or multiple days of filming
