Erin's space was perfect for our e-commerce video production shoot! Her home has a lot of unique touches and a variety of locations that made shooting a breeze. Just keep in mind that there is a main road on the side of the house if filming audio outdoors. Erin was very accommodating and communicative with us throughout the entire process too. Would definitely recommend this space and come back!

Minimal traditional white Bungalow with black windows and lush succulent garden (including many rare collectible species) in front and backyard. Chef’s kitchen with 36” gas range, black matte lower cabinets and butcher block counter tops. Open floor plan. Backyard has area with shade sail, decomposed granite, vegetable garden, fire pit with seating area and an outdoor lounge bed.
