Sheila and Clinton were awesome hosts they let us go see their property prior to booking to ensure we had enough space. We planned on an outdoor event in their spacious backyard area however on the day of our event it rained yet they were still so accommodating . The home was cozy, clean and very welcoming. They have a restroom for patio guests and also a restroom inside. I would definitely recommend this property for your next event as I will surely be using them again!

What a wonderful house with a great host Daniel!! The house has so much detail to it, gives the best vibes for a friend and family get together !! He was easy to get a hold of with any questions, even when we wanted to extend our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed from him and was just so warm, accommodating, and genuinely wanted our event to be a success. House was beautiful, a lot of space and the kitchen island is perfect for a buffet !! Would definitely book again!

We used this location for a baby shower and it was absolutely perfect! Courtney was such a lovely host and so incredibly welcoming. We had the space for the full 4 hours and it fulfilled all of our dreams! Courtney was flexible and allowed us to use the facilities as well as using the kitchen for storage. Parking was easy and convenient for us on a Sunday afternoon. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for a safe space to host and will definitely be recommending friends to use Courtney’s space as well!

We had our babyshower at this place and we couldn’t be more happier with the place, and the owner, and his perfect communication with us. Pictures don’t do justice to it. You have to come and see it for yourself. It’s absolutely lovely, gorgeous views, so spacious, nice sitting area inside the house and outside, my guests loved it! Layout of the house is great for hosting parties, furniture was lovely set up, very comfortable, beautiful wooden art pieces on the wall. This place also had a cave in the downstairs outdoor area, great for pictures, makes this place so unique and extra special. We loved our whole experience so much and definitely would come back to celebrate more events there. All our friends were kept asking us how did we found such cool place. Thank you Tom, we were very, very happy with the whole experience at your lovely place.
