We are a “bring your own vendor” venue. You may pick from our preferred vendor list, or use your own. All Vendors performing work on the premises are required to carry business liability insurance.
You are given a blank canvas, you must choose the furniture in the add-on section of the booking.
*HOURLY RATES depend on booking type:
1) EVENTS (social, music, dancing, food and beverages served): $450/hour, 4 hour min
2) MEETINGS (business/ educational focus, soft music, non-social event, no dancing or entertainment): $150/hour, 2 hour min
3) PRODUCTION (photography, film, content creators, influencers, non-social event, no dancing or entertainment): $95/hour, 2 hour min

1) Cleaning: $375
2) Site Rep/Security (events): $100/hour
3) Site Rep/Security (meetings/productions): $175/day
