About the Space
The Californian Ranch House, designed by legendary architect Cliff May, sits on one of the largest lots in Rancho Estates, boasting 6,120 square feet! You will have access to the inside of this spacious home as well as to the courtyard and backyard. The master bedroom is facing to pool view. Originally built in 1954, this ranch house is “everything a California house should be”. A midcentury modern treasure, it is a glow with natural light and open space, highlighted throughout by open plan, open beam ceilings, glass walls, and sleek cork flooring. California is the sunshine state, and you can feel an abundance of sunshine in this space. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and are just a phone call away.
