New Modern Tri-Level in Sherman Oaks

Great location for photo shoots or productions. Multiple rooms with different textures and colors and plenty of natural light. Both indoor and outdoor spaces to shoot. Enter the first floor and find yourself in the game room, complete with sofa, game table and bar. Just off the game room is another space equipped with a pool table, poker table, and darts. Make your way to the second floor where you will find the most luxurious dining area and living room. Huge gold booths surround the dining table giving you an over the top look without it being too much. The wall is a piece of artwork in itself an there is a huge teal couch, pink swivel chairs and a textured white rug. The upstairs master bedroom has a gorgeous orange bedspread, blue velvet textured wall paper, and an enormous modern bathroom. Outside you'll find a chic seating area complete with fire pit.
