This space is a 1000 square foot loft on the upper west side. The open floor plan allows a crew to shoot entire rooms with plenty of room for equipment. Very flexible with availability and pricing.

Lex was a fantastic host, super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. His space was beautiful, we used it to film an interview in for a documentary and it suited us well. Very easy load in & out and very quiet for filming.
