This large boardroom style conference room seats up 16-18. Great for meetings and team breakouts. Complete with projector and whiteboard. Per the L.A. County mandates, masks and proof of vaccination are required upon entry to the space. Visit BLANKSPACES by the beach at our flagship location on Santa Monica’s 2nd St. Shopping, dining, and nature collide in lively “Silicon Beach,” with new tech and business opportunities all around you. Our ground-level space is a short walk from Third Street Promenade and the Santa Monica Boardwalk.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ann and her team. Everyone was very kind, the space is great, and they were super accommodating when we had to change our rental times (more than once!). We really appreciated the prompt and clear communication and the opportunity to shoot here. We will definitely be back! =]
