David and his family were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We shot outside by their pool and in front of their house. It's a great spot in a scenic and serene neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The home was lovely just as it's pictured and David was an excellent host. He was very kind and helpful to our crew. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to film outdoors with no sound or disruption issues. The shoot went really well.
