MODEL SAFETY WARNING. Beautiful house, but only 1 br available for shooting, entire top floor closed/unavailable. Of the advertised 7500 sf, only about 1200-1500 sf were available for use. Baby toys/books/clothes/furniture/strollers littered the floors, furniture, couches, and tables, etc. Pool was not heated. Almost every surface was covered in drink cans/bottles requiring a lot of creative angling/editing. Arrived to have the owner and family in residence. Owner was congenial and we chatted. He claimed to be a photographer for Cosmopolitan back in the day. He asked if he could watch the shoot and I agreed as an assumed professional courtesy. Owner proceeded to request to take photos with his phone of the model in various stages of undress. She didn't want to speak up because she didn't want us getting kicked out of the home, but she told me after that she was very uncomfortable during the shoot. She asked him to not take candids while she was undressed, but he did anyways. Host contacted afterwards and I was told that the owner is elderly and I was lucky to get the spot at the price I did due to the mess. It wasnt until I contacted Giggster customer support that I was able to get a "confirmation" that the owner was told to delete any and all photos he took of the model on set. After all of this, I was only offered a 5% discount on my next booking. Do not book photoshoots here. If you do, PLEASE ensure model safety and do not let the old man in the room while you are working.

The home was lovely just as it's pictured and David was an excellent host. He was very kind and helpful to our crew. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to film outdoors with no sound or disruption issues. The shoot went really well.

This was a great residence to shoot at, the owners are very accommodating and answered texts immediately. I was able to scout it within a day of finding it on Giggster. The living room area is spacious and elegant with several great angles for camera. There is a nice bathroom for cast/crew, plenty of outlets for lighting, and another great feature is unlimited, free street parking! Would definitely shoot here again.
