About the Space
Our bright and modern 3-story loft offers a number of unique filming/meeting/event opportunities. The property includes a beautiful contemporary kitchen, a charming rooftop patio, and a tastefully decorated plant-filled loft. The first floor features an open floor plan which includes a lounge and dining area, professional kitchen, fireplace and bar cart. The second story loft is a flexible space featuring plants, exposed wood accents on the ceiling, and lots of shelf space. Our rooftop terrace is designed to serve as an outdoor lounge and dining area, featuring a fire pit, Edison string lights and numerous garden elements. PRICING Note this is one listing for three different use cases, all with their own individual pricing models. We set our Giggster base rate for Production Shoots of $125 per hour as a guideline, with pricing tiers at group number increases - and we prefer to quote rates for filming on a shoot by shoot basis depending on the size of the crew, the type of shoot, and the time and date. We used this space for a post-wedding Sunday brunch. The team was great to work with--quick and clear communication. The space was fun and pretty--a great party space!

This space is awesome. Everyone in my party was surprised at how cool it was and kept asking "Where did you find this place" I used the kitchen extensively and it had everything you could ever need. Graham and Dominick were very nice and informative and made sure everything was set up exactly the way I wanted it. They even arranged a pre-event walk through the day before which was necessary. The location was perfect right in the heart of Santa Monica and easy to get too. The rooftop had a great view. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be back again! Special shoutout to the host brandon and hired help Jay who made the event smooth and easy!
