Nice Santa Monica House with parking. It can be completely empty or it can be furnished. There is also a studio in back that has a working piano. It also has yard space where you could setup craft services or use for outdoor filming. The parking is right next to the house which makes for easy load in. It is a very quiet area, great for filming.
