Le Chateau Rose

Developed by a founder of Architectural Digest, Le Chateau Rose was built to emulate Le Petit Trianon, Marie Antoinette’s Summer Palace at Versailles, France. A favorite of photographers, Le Chateau Rose has been on the cover of or featured in numerous magazines such as GQ, In Style, Vanity Fair, Vogue, Wall Street Journal front page (Modern Versailles article), National Geographic, Harper’s Bazaar, Allure, Maxim France, etc Beyond the wrought iron gates to this 1 acre walled Estate, lies a expansive reflective pool with triple fountains set in the center of a large circular cobblestone courtyard/driveway. (ideal for car commercials) Entering this grand residence through 14’ foot glass and verdigris wrought iron doors, one is greeted by daylight from a 46’ high dome two stories overhead kindling a glow in the rose marble of the circular double stairway. Suspended from the center of the dome is an original massive 18th century Baccarat crystal and gold chandelier setting the scene for unlimited opulence. Off this majestic space, vast public rooms with 14' ceilings throughout: formal cherry wood paneled library, ornate rococo ballroom, pink marbled formal dining room; balconies of wrought iron and marble, overlook gardens waterfalls, tennis court, pools, competing at night with a panoramic view of Century City's skyscape, as the backdrop of the 20' high poolside fireplace featured in National Geographic magazine. While fountains spew forth from verdigris bronze swan statues on either end of the pools encircled by blooming roses, both the pool terrace and garden are each surrounded by separate 60’ wide waterfalls, built from over 100 tons of rose and granite colored boulders. Site rep required to be present at all times, rates vary based on impact and the number of hours needed.
