About the Space
One of the most treasured Queen Anne Victorian homes in The Inland Empire. The House built in 1884. A true survivor and stunning Victorian time capsule. A grand and tall Victorian Home with multiple towers, Iron cresting. stained glass windows, Clawfoot tub, wood siding with steep gables, a mansard style roof and all the wonderful wood details stands. All the incredible details, architecture and craftsman ship unmatched. House is conveniently situated in the heart of downtown Riverside, with 2/3rds acre lot. Plenty of room for parking. Blocks away from Mission Inn, Convention Center, Food Lab, trendy shops and art Galleries

It was a much larger house than we initially realized and had an overabundance of incredible spots to film in. I highly recommend this property! It was perfect for our vision.

We booked this stunning Victorian home for our engagement photos and video, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house has such a unique charm of Victorian style, and just the right touch of mystery that makes it feel almost a little haunted (in the best way!). The host gave us a thoughtful tour, shared the history of the home, and even showed us some of the updates and improvements being made. Every corner of the house was artistic and full of character, making it absolutely perfect for photos and filming. Highly recommend !!!!!

A true gem of a location. I was completely overwhelmed by the abundance of beautiful areas to film. Every corner offered something unique and inspiring. The house radiates life and warmth, creating an atmosphere that feels both authentic and richly layered. I cannot wait to shoot here again.

This is without question the best Victorian house to rent in the Los Angeles area. It's furnishings are classy and not tacky like a lot of other options out there; and it is fairly priced, maybe even a little too low to be honest. It's worth the drive!
