Dance studio and black box! This is the perfect large space for rehearsals, photoshoots, performances, filming, meetings, events, parties, and much more!
Not only do we have a large studio room with mirrors and the option to close the curtains and create a black box. Our space supplies you with two small office spaces that can be used as changing rooms/hair/makeup, as well as 2 bathrooms on the property. We also have a front desk/lobby space to greet guests.
We do ask that you leave the space exactly how you find it. We will provide cleaning supplies for you to do a general cleaning before you leave.
You will also have access to use our Bluetooth speaker system without any cost.
Note: Please contact the owner for additional cost to use the owner's piano, projector, chairs, and tables for events.
