About the Space

WAREHOUSE FOR CREATIVES!!! INDUSTRIAL AND URBAN. It was refurbished to its 1962 beginnings. Over 5000 sq. ft. 3 contiguous rooms. The whole space is included in the rental. It’s an amazing space. Everything is in excellent condition and spotless. Please take your time! Features: - Exposed brick, concrete flooring, original doors, and windows. There is also wood flooring in the gallery area. - LIGHTING. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED!!! Original skylights let in natural light. There are office-style lights with fluorescent bulbs that can be turned on part or whole. Meaning you can have bright light or something less bright. Additionally, we have colored indirect bulb lighting. Enables you to choose red, blue, yellow, green...if desired. Small moveable LED with colored gels. 4 lights for green screens. All included in the rental. - ELECTRICAL. There are numerous working outlets with service for commercial use. - CARS/TRUCKS. YES, THEY FIT!!! LARGE COMMERCIAL GARAGE DOOR. You can load in, park, and use cars in the video shoot. There is plenty of room. - MAKE IT RAIN!!! On the east side of the warehouse, there is a ceiling mist water bar. When turned on this is basically like light rain falling. You can use the colored lights with the mist for dramatic effect. This is a little thing that can add to the video or commercial. - On-site management. We are very resourceful! Please ask, we will do our best to make it happen. - EXTRAS. Smoke machine $49. By Chauvet. Manuel or timer. Very effective. JBL Bluetooth party box speaker $49. Surprisingly powerful. Sounds great! 5400 square foot warehouse frame can accommodate a small group with massive amounts of space to have fun and stay safe. There are cross-ventilation and fans to keep the air circulating. Ideal for creative commercial use, such as music videos, commercials, film, or photoshoots.

Very understanding of our technical issues and cleanup time. Amazing space with stunning lighting and outstanding staff. Would absolutely use it again, highly recommended.

    Everything went great! No hassles! Set was smooth and with the help of Jose and some of his ideas we was able to get some amazing footage and performances for this place... We will definitely be returning to do more work. Thank you Clark and Jose!! I wouldn't wanna do business anywhere else!!

    Great place to film, we were able to use all the rooms in the building. There was enough space for bass camp and other miscellaneous stuff like catering and wardrobe change. Filming was a breeze with such a controlled environment. Host was extremely accommodating, and I was able to get the job done.

    I very much thank Clark and Jose for providing excellent spaces and assistance with the shooting of scenes for my MFA thesis short film "Signs". The spaces provided us with multiple options for production design and set dressing. I strongly recommend that other filmmakers (especially students!) consider this location for their productions! :-)

    2 great open spaces at this location. Nice for industrial warehouse creativity. Host was super helpful and responded quick.
