It feels so bright and spacious with it's tall ceilings and open layout for common areas, which is great for hanging out. ✔ CLEAN - I've lived here 10 years and always keep it clean to maintain the charm of it all. ✔ SECOND FLOOR - The loft is on the second floor

Filming in this space was an absolute pleasure. The tall windows and high ceilings made it incredibly easy to block scenes and light shots effectively. The natural layout of the space worked really well for production. Bridget was such a kind and down to earth host. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable, which really helped things run smoothly. Having two bathrooms was a huge bonus for our cast and crew. It helped keep production moving without constant waiting, and the lighting in the bathrooms was actually great for actors applying makeup and doing touch-ups. The full-length mirrors throughout the space also made it easy for actors to do quick wardrobe and appearance checks before takes. The full kitchen and fridge were another major plus. We were able to provide a much better meal setup for the cast and crew, which made the experience feel even more professional and comfortable for everyone involved. I highly recommend this location to any filmmaker looking for a beautiful, production-friendly space with an excellent host.
