Total space 990 square feet. Street parking is available and is free and it is not permit parking 10 - 72" x 30" adjustable height tables and 50 fold up chairs are included for your rental! Arrange however you like for your event. Additional services are available for an extra charge and include: individual staff/ $18 hour; Paint and Sip/Kids; Painting Party/Adult Painting Party (20 person minimum) hosted by the incredible community resource and prominent Logan Square Art Studio ArtSpace Chicago $24 per person. Provided: toilet paper, hand soap Not included: linens, decorations, paper towels, hand sanitizer, or any products related to catering e.g. cutlery, napkins etc. Garbage (such as gift wrappings, food waste, paper waste etc. as well as decorations) must be removed and carted away with the guest The space is perfect for birthday, graduation, anniversary, reunion, gender reveals, and most any group party for 15 - 50 people

I had my baby shower there and it was a very nice space for my 50 guests. Nice kitchen space as well with fridge & microwave. Plenty of tables and chairs. A bathroom and a closet for coats. They provided paper towels and garbage bags. They also had a speaker. Only thing I didn’t like was parking. It’s on a Main Street with residential parking so the parking was scarce. Overall I would book this again for any event.

It was a great place for my daughters baby shower. It accommodated 50 + guests and was affordable. The tables and chairs were a great addition. The owner was very helpful. Street parking worked out well for my guest. I would use this space again for future parties.

The space was nice! The chairs and tables that were included were such a bonus. It was advertised to us that we were allowed 1 hour entry before our baby shower started which allowed us to decorate and set up. Unfortunately, we were only granted 30 minutes to setup and decorate. The venue had a representative who ran late and didn’t get there until 30 mins later to open the doors. This + a pregnant wife and a few of our family members anxiously waiting to get inside to prep before our guests showed up made for a hectic start to our party. Other than that everything went smoothly and our guests had a great time!
