Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5x the hourly rate of the space
We do not accommodate free time for setting up and tearing down, so that time needs to be included in your reservation
If your overtime conflicts with the next reservation, you will be billed at 2.5x the hourly rate
Furniture and amenities may be moved around within the unit but they cannot be removed from the building
No cooking, whether that be frying, grilling, or open flame cooking, is allowed inside or outside of the building
No smoking allowed in the front of or on the inside of the building, but is permitted in the alleyway behind the unit
No glitter or confetti can be used or you will be charged with an additional cleaning fee at 2x the rate of the base fee
No loud music or loud bass, no live bands, and no sound or DJ equipment may be brought inside
Bluetooth speakers that fit on a table top are permitted if the music playing from them is at a reasonable level
Residential tenants are entitled to "quiet enjoyment" so loud sounds must cease immediately upon receiving a complaint
If you do not respect the neighbors, you will be fined based on the repercussions of their complaint
Proof of insurance is mandatory for all union projects within the space
Do not use nails, screws, staples, or anything that may put holes in the walls of the unit
Any holes in the unit walls will be considered damage to the space and you will be billed for those repairs
No gaffer's tape, duct tape, or gorilla tape is allowed to be used in the space
Do not use scotch tape on the walls of the space
Take out your trash and recycling through the back of the unit and lock the door when you are finished
Put the folding tables, chairs, and any moved furniture back in their original place
If the curtains were opened, the must all be closed again before your departure
Make sure that all of the lights have been turned off in the unit when you leave
Press "RUN" on the thermostat to reset the temperature in the space before you leave
When exiting, lock the door and double check to make sure the key has been put back into the original lockbox
Make sure the lockbox code has been re-adjusted (or scrambled) to not show the access code prior to your departure
If you lock the key inside of the unit you will be charge a $250 locksmith fee
If you lose the key for the unit you will be charge a $500 locksmith fee
If you do not lock the unit prior to departure you will be charge a $500 fee plus a fee for any damages
