There is a large tree with overhanging branches shading the seating part of the front yard with blue slate stone throughout the exterior grounds front and back. There is a small upstairs balcony overlooking the backyard and 2 trees in the backyard for plenty of shade as well. The backyard host a granite table that seats 8 with a gas and charcoal BBQ unit. The interior has a floor to ceiling brick wall in the living room, polished hard wood floors throughout and black granite kitchen counters.
