Great house with a fisherman or student style interior. Old fashioned couches mixed with the beach/fishing theme makes it a great location for various small productions. 2 bedrooms (TBD if available) 1 pink tiled bathroom, cool main room, great front porch, scuffy backyard garden. Fun/funky garage filled with bikes and gear. Let us know if you'd like to scout.
