The space was appropriate and adequate to allow me to accommodate the service I needed to do. The neighborhood area was was pleasant appeared safe and was comfortable to do my service. The location was clean, equipment and any additional supplies to maintain or operate was a available. The Host has a beautiful place for a personal private intimate gathering. The location has a side door that had to remain locked. I'm not sure that is an exit to where. I'm a safety person that is my only concern to have another exit for emergency purpose.

Found this spot last minute in Queens and we couldn't have been happier with it! Everything we needed was within arms reach. The space is very flexible and was easily adapted to our needs. Chris was extremely helpful and great to bounce ideas off of. I trust his input and I'm happy to have made the connection.

I've been renting spaces for the past year or so and all of my host have been good. Katherine was probably the best, she was so engaged, so accommodating, so helpful, she wanted us to make sure we had everything we needed before she left. We basically had to push her out the door to convince her we were good to go, she just wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us, and it was. The apartment is recently refurnished and it looks great. Lot's of natural light for you to work with and it was super quiet. It's a 3rd floor walk up, but it doesn't feel that way at all, it's the least amount of step's you can expect to walk up for an apartment on the 3rd floor, and we carried lights, C-stands, a director's montior, crafty, and other equipment without a peep from the crew. For all of this location has to offer you can't beat this price and this host.

The space is great for the older 90s office vibe. Smaller crew is preferred here. Claudia the site manager was great to work with and good with communication. The office is on the smaller side, but fit my needs for a photo shoot. Wouldn't do a large photo/film production here. Talk about parking beforehand, to prevent confusion. For my shoot I had to wind up doing meter parking.

My photoshoot was a success and this space was a huge part of that! The location was good and the lighting was great. It was nice to be able to add on amenities while we were there too because I didn't expect to use the large steamer, but it came in clutch. The only downside I would say that it was really hot. Understandably so, we are in mid summer. Julie even put the AC on overnight so we would be as cool as possible, so not entirely their fault. I would rent this space out again in the future, if need be. Also, Jason and Julie offer way more than just a space!

My sister and I enjoyed an amazing birthday party here! We had friends from around the world come to celebrate and everyone loved this NYC venue - we started drinks on the terrace to enjoy the great Manhattan view, and then cranked the music (live DJ) downstairs to drink and dance the night away. The room has a great vibe, both the lighting and decor is very cool to host a NYC party. Nb: There is a subway is directly outside the venue so the location is easy to get to.

Michelangelo was a great host from start to finish. He communicated well, was helpful during set-up and breakdown, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The indoor/outdoor space was perfect for our event.
