Spanning over 2000 sq ft and 3 stories in height, our venue is a remarkable interior atrium at the core of studio. Amazing space for filming or an event! ***DURING THE WEEK B ROLL ONLY UNTIL 3PM, as this is a common area that is also part of the cafe. DEDICATED / CLOSED off FILMING AVAILABLE AFTER 5PM DURING THE WEEK*** Featuring innovative adaptive reuse renovation architectural techniques including restored historical exterior walls, truss work with hanging concert pendant lighting, colorful ductwork, street art murals and a glass roof bringing natural light (and stars) into the space. Our space is ready prepared for events via a full soundsystem, AV inputs wired into the walls, customizable lighting, multiple furniture options and lockable glass doors for privacy

Joe was great to work with and very communicative/responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had the space we needed to get the job done. Shoutout to the onsite cafe for a great lunch and also being the perfect backdrop for some of our scenes.
