The space is beautiful and gets a lot of great natural light. Justin and the building manager Iva were extremely communicative and went out of their way to try to be helpful. I'd say that people renting the space should know that the building is shared by other tenants and should expect a level of noise at times. The space is not soundproof, and while a vast majority of our day was silent enough for audio capture, a neighboring tenant was heard clearly during part of our shoot and we had a delay. I'd also say bookers would be set up for success by (a) being clear with the host as to what space(s) you want to book because the host has many great options, and (b) ideally scouting the location, if your budget allows.
