High Ceilings, Garage door allows trucks to enter into space. Good vibes, great wooden beams/ceiling. This is ideal for photo or film shoots, or a place to store equipment. Not available for parties or raves.

Perfect warehouse space, easy to rig lights up, plenty of power, easy to get into, street parking was free and available. All around perfect for what we were doing.

Michelle was a great host and the studio was perfect for our small music video production! Michelle was responsive and super easy to work out the scout/booking with. The studio itself is very accessible with lots of parking outside and a big garage door for loading in equipment. Space is as described in the listing!
