About the Space

This space is perfect for shooting your next intimate business scenes, corporate portraits, lifestyle shoots, and video interviews. Our space is located on the 18th & 19th floor inside a 5 star Class A high end building in the heart of the financial district with a gorgeous skyline view of Downtown Los Angeles. Our space is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles with large windows letting in as much natural light as possible. There is a full kitchen, freight elevator access, multiple private office units and common area space for your next office setting production shoot. Hourly rate varies from $150 to $450/ hr depending on the type of shoot, production, and crew size. Additional office or conference rooms available for additional price upon request during the site tour. Please note that shooting in the Common Area Spaces are only allowed after 5pm on the weekdays or all day Saturday and Sunday. There's more flexibility if the shoot can take place during these time especially if you are looking to shoot in the Common Areas. Freight elevator available with Certificate of Insurance with a fee. There will be a site rep present to assist, answer any questions you might have and to help make your experience the best one. LISTED RATE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: - (1) private unit space included in the rate - (1) Onsite representative available on site throughout the day - High End office furnitures to mix and match to create your own set design - Access to Freight Elevator with Certificate of Insurance provided 5 days prior to shoot - Shooting in the common area is permitted after 5pm on the weekdays or anytime on the weekends only FILMING, PHOTO & PRODUCTION-- Please include the following: - Total number of crew & talent - Desired date(s) & if flexible - Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down - Equipment & lighting specs, (if any) - Which areas or units you are interested in shooting - Type of shoot - Suggest 2 date and time frame to schedule a location walk through with our rep PLEASE NOTE: Posted price per hour is for a crew of 15 people max including crew & talent. Larger production shoot of the space or with exclusivity requests in certain areas are welcome & subject to higher rates. All booking start & end times are inclusive of setup & tear down time, so please include that when booking your reservation. Shooting in the common area is not permitted during busy working office hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5pm unless stated otherwise. We are located inside a co-working space. All bookings requested the day before the booking start date without prior discussion and coordination are subject to denial or cancellation.     This space was absolutely incredible. It took the Production Value on our Feature Film way up. Our site rep Julie was super helpful and available on standby whenever we needed her. This space was perfect because we were able to get at least four locations all in one.
