A great space for smaller film shoots! The location owner was communicative, efficient and helped ease the production process. I would highly recommend this space for projects requiring loft style locations.

A beautiful loft in an old record pressing factory in downtown Toronto. Open concept floorplan with 12' ceilings and a bedroom raised above the kitchen, with a stunning view over the entire apartment. Live edge wood shelving, lots of greenery, and tastefully furnished, with beautiful diffused light washing over the entire unit through a large glass brick window. Exposed duct work, a working gas fireplace, and custom stone and woodwork throughout the unit.
