About the Space

A creative clubhouse and event space where artists and creators reconnect with their inner child. It’s a pressure-free environment designed to remove friction and let ideas flow freely. The space includes approximately 1,113 sq ft indoors and 1,870 sq ft of outdoor space, giving you a ton of flexibility depending on what you’re trying to do. The larger room, which you see as soon as you step off the elevator, functions as a music studio and lounge. It’s an open, adaptable space great for recording, writing sessions, small gatherings, or just hanging out. The studio includes a custom-built 4’ x 6’ vocal booth by LA Vocal Booths, featuring thick, dense professional sound paneling on all walls and the ceiling, an acoustic glass door and window, and a built-in ventilation system with LED lighting inside the booth. A roll-down backdrop setup is being added soon, making it ideal for photo shoots, music videos, self-tapes, livestreaming, and content creation. The outdoor area is a large open turf rooftop patio, great for events, performances, or just hanging out. It currently includes lounge seating, a couch, an umbrella, a coffee table, and plenty of open space to build out whatever you need. We’ve already hosted events here, and people love spending most of their time on the patio. Additional amenities include a small kitchenette with a microwave, Keurig, sink, and mini fridge; multiple desks and workstations; office chairs; a whiteboard; a Pop-A-Shot basketball game in the lobby; and a Quickplay rebound soccer goal outside. The space is flexible and still evolving, and can be shaped into just about whatever you need it to be.
