We offer a detached a bedroom and bathroom that comes in handy if you need a dressing room space or extra bathroom. Also, features contemporary boho style. Nestle in our Breakfast Nook. Chandeliers throughout. Redwood Fence surrounding the perimeter. The grass is always green out front with Astro Turf landscaping. Also, you can easily have your guests/crew/vendors enter from the entrance of the large backyard. Beautiful 2 bed 1 bath main home. Minutes away from the 91 and 710 fwy, shopping, restaurants and night life. The home has updated laminate flooring, new cabinets, new fixtures and new paint. Plenty of street parking. This corner house has good visibility from the street and is great for outside filming or easy for your party guests to find. A must see!!! Our operating hours are from 9am-9pm. Outside of those hours is available for an extra fee, inquire with host. Alcohol allowed as an add on. Max guests allowed 50 people. $200 refundable deposit for cleaning. Great space for our babyshower. The place was very nice and spacious. My guest and I had a great time and were all comfortable celebrating. Sheila was very nice and a great host. Would definitely recommend it.

Sheila and Clinton were awesome hosts they let us go see their property prior to booking to ensure we had enough space. We planned on an outdoor event in their spacious backyard area however on the day of our event it rained yet they were still so accommodating . The home was cozy, clean and very welcoming. They have a restroom for patio guests and also a restroom inside. I would definitely recommend this property for your next event as I will surely be using them again!
