About the Space

The space on the first floor includes a bar/kitchenette, a refrigerator, and bathroom. The space can accommodate up to 100 guests depending on the size and type of event. This space is also perfect for your next video or photo shoot as it has a cozy and beautiful interior that would best fit your projects for TV commercials, music videos, social media content, and a lot more. There are up to 80 chairs and 12 long folding tables available as needed for the event. There is an A/V system with a full sound board and video projector installed, which can be used for an additional fee.
