4000 sq ft 1960's backyard. Tiki bar, Swimming pool, Koi/goldfish pond with working Waterwheel and fountains. 9 foot deep swimming pool. Sunny and shady at all times of the day. NOW AVAILABLE : Use of entire 1000 sq. ft 2B 2B home with kitchen, dining room, living room and full bathroom during your stay. pics avail soon. Pool: 25,000 gallon pool 9 foot deep end LED color changing pool light Fountain Water feature 1 bean bag pool floaty + some pool toys Outside Seating: Plenty of seating for over 30 people in at least 6 separate areas around the yard and pool. Plenty of sunny and shaded areas throughout the day. Looks really cool at night and well lit. Seating : Cast aluminum table with 4 cushioned seats 2 Outdoor Papasan chairs 4 Outdoor cushioned chairs 1 Picnic table seats 4 6 outdoor stackable chairs 2 outdoor fabric chairs 2 small round 2 person "Starbucks" wooden tables with 2 chairs each 3 lounge lay flat or almost flat chairs 3 folding chairs Tiki Bar : Back house was converted to 200 sq ft tiki bar around 1959 and recently brought back to its former glory. Working wood burning brick oven and griddle by the former Latvian owner. Windows and doors opened for cross ventilation and breeze. Feels like your in another country! Just add music! We had a great time! The host was communicative and friendly, the location was fun for our shoot and we got to give Freaky Tiki (his cat) a bunch of love!

Perfection!!! Mike was incredibly friendly and accessible. The photos don’t do the yard justice! It was like walking into a tiki paradise. We had room for a dj, magician, food table, dessert table, drink station. Baby, kids, and adults had a blast! Couldn’t have chosen a better place for my baby’s first bday party. Thank you so much!
