About the Space

This stunning large 3200 sqft brand new loft style space is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. It is designed with one-of-a-kind vintage & post-modern furniture, curated by Pauline Le and Sasha Patrick. This corner unit gets plenty of amazing natural light and is located on the 7th floor of the building. INCLUDED WITH STUDIO / BOOKING (FREE!): - Lighting Equipment (Alien Bees B400 + B1600) - White Backdrop (FREE if left clean & no shoe marks, otherwise fee $10 per foot) - Ring Light Tripod - High Speed Internet - Clothing Rack - Changing Room - Steamer FEATURES: - Keyless Entry - A/C + Heater - Plenty of Natural Sunlight There is a main elevator in the front for passengers & a freight elevator located in the back if needed to bring large/heavy items. RULES: - NO moving furniture unless approved beforehand. (We will do that for you, to prevent liability) - NO shoes or food on furniture otherwise you will be charged a fee. The space and furniture must be left cleaned and in the same condition as when you first arrived. - No smoking in space. - No loud music as it is not a soundproof space. Your set up and break down MUST be within your booking period. Our bookings may not have any buffer time in between. If you are not done within your booking period, there will be a fee. We have security cameras located inside the space that is only used when PeerSpace asks for proof of footage for damages, late departures & safety concerns.     This was an amazing location to film at. The layout is really great, lots of options on how to use the room. Light was incredible, the out of focus building in the camera was exactly what we were hoping they would look like. Can't wait to film there again.

    This was a truly beautiful studio, perfect for our bridal collection photoshoot. The lighting is amazing, and the space is wonderfully minimalistic, exactly what we were looking for. The building staff are easy to work with and helpful. Additionally, there is metered parking in front of the building, which was perfect for unloading our materials.

    This venue is absolutely stunning, and its natural light was the real showstopper for us. We recently used this space for a photoshoot, and we were thrilled with the results. The built-in dressing room and tables set up for our belongings were incredibly convenient and helped streamline the entire process. What really stood out, however, was the owner's responsiveness and accommodating attitude. They were quick to respond to our requests and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was smooth and enjoyable. We are already planning our next visit to this location and can't wait to utilize it again!

    This is a very well kept and beautiful studio with a lot of space. I gave it 4 stars because the pictures online need to be updated to their new location. For example, the first picture you see with two windows on each side of the corner does not exist at the location. As a brand looking for a studio, we rely on the pictures to be accurate to what we are renting, and the picture could have been more accurate. We made it work, but we definitely were looking for that corner space with windows at each side of the wall. Which is why we rented the location. When I asked about the corner space, the response was, "We moved to a bigger studio so there's lots of corners." That is not the best response to a customer, but again we made it work. Also, if it is hot, be sure to dress light as it gets hot in the studio and only one of the A/Cs was left on for us. Overall, the space was extremely clean and beautiful. Windows only exist on one side of the wall. Just so you know – the response is quick with management if you have any questions.

    The space is beautiful and easy to access. The hosts were quick with replies and support. If you’re filming, street noise is a concern but other than that, it is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this spot!
