Beautiful Office/Movement Space for Entrepreneurs

About the Space

This sweet, bright office is an incredibly flexible space, filled with light, plants, and your choice of boucle furniture. This office has been frequently used as a therapy room, a consultation office, a 1:1 yoga/movement studio for private patients, and as a small set for influencer photography/videography. Our building is an office building/college during weekdays/regular work hours - this means the studio will be quiet for you from 8am-4:30pm during the week, and anyone using the studio needs to do the same (no drums or loud music). After 4:30pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends, our floor has rehearsing bands, so please be ready for music bleeding into the room. There are many plants around the Studio to use while your in the office, or you're welcome to bring your own 'set', using our freight elevator to load in. Parking is excellent around our building. It's $1/hour unlimited parking on the street, or there's an Impark Lot between our two buildings. There's a wonderful restaurant located on the main floor, and several other food chains in nearby buildings. To access the second floor (where we're located) you need a key card that will be provided on your arrival. Bathrooms are floor-shared, located across from the elelvator. They're large and have ample room for changing. For whatever activities you're renting our space for, please have correct insurance to cover yourself and your crew. This is especially key if you are a workout/yoga/movement leader of any kind - please be prepared to prove you have insurance to be training those you have in the space with you. While you're using the space, other creatives will also be there. We can't wait to introduce you to the incredible vibe that our studio offers.
