Amazing place to shoot. Staff were really nice! The area is rough as you know - we did have to post someone up at the door for ins and outs. They had a facility manager who was very helpful for this as well. Would absolutely book again!

Georgiana and Husky where one of the most amazing site reps I've ever work with. They work with me on our project's schedule, as well as all the needs we had. They were kind and just wonderful The space is perfect to build a few sets in advance, the space is very accommodating and there's a parking lot close by if you need a base camp / parking for your talent and crew
Huge basement 5,000 sq ft with multiple side sets and a large middle empty area for you to make what you want of it. The sets are 20ft by 18 ft rooms 9ft high with a large 20 ft alley/hallway in between but not closed by walls. There is a green cyc wall, black box room with window, multiple murals and backgrounds, lots of fun multi color furniture free to use. We have lighting available for rent approximately $50/light. Let us know what else you need and we might be able to get it for you. There are also other spaces available in the same building if what you see here is not enough or you need more space. We have another studio one floor above also available for rent. We love hosting any kind of projects film shoot, music videos, interviews, etc. looking forward to having you in our studio soon!
