The space includes; (1) Private 2500 SF studio with kitchenette and private bathroom (2) Two 1200 SF shoot bays (one with cyc & kitchenette) (1) 2200 SF open production office/conference room (1) 1000 SF hair & makeup/wardrobe area with vanities stations that will be available with your booking (5) Bathrooms (2) Two convenient ground-floor loading docks (23) Twenty-three private parking spaces in the adjacent lot. The studio is outfitted with 600 amp power, high-speed internet, security access, and full grip packages for daily rentals.
