About the Space

Important: • Location must be returned to its original condition at the conclusion of your event. Any damage or excessive cleaning required after the event (to bring it back to that condition) will be deducted from the security deposit. * Hours of rental SHOULD include set-up/break-down and clean-up. Should your event run longer than the hours booked, additional charges will be assessed as per below. Over Time Rate: is 1 1/2X the normal rate ($600’00 per hr.). Over Time is described as any time over the stated agreed upon time in the contract. A $600.00 Security Deposit is required the day of the event. This will be retuned after an inspection and should there be no damage / over time or excessive clean-up required. * NO smoking inside the residence. The space in located in a residential district. Excessively loud music will therefore not be tolerated. Note: Video surveillance is located on all four sides of the exterior of the building. This is for the safety of all involved parties. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool temperatures can vary greatly through out the year. It may therefore be necessary to heat the pool in order to ensure a more comfortable swim. Raising the pool temperature can take up to a day and therefore MUST be requested prior to the event. The Jacuzzi can be heated in approximately 30 minutes. The additional cost of heating the pool and/or jacuzzi is as follows: Pool - $200.00 Jacuzzi - $200.00 (These “Add On” charges must be added to the original booking request). No parking where not permitted and no blocking of neighbors driveways. Guests must provide valid permits for all vendors. Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be returned to their original location by the end of the booking. Only tape that does not cause damage can be used on the walls. Nudity is allowed inside the residence only.
