Lush yard with large variety of flowering plants, roses, fruit trees and multiple sitting areas. Home is situated on quiet street lined by sidewalks and canopies from tall ficus trees - perfect for any town, America. Short two car side by side driveway leads from the garage to the street. Home interior is not yet available for filming. Distinct outdoor spaces: Wicker Sectional on paved back corner surrounded by lush green and flowering vegetation - camilias, azaleas, hibiscus Grassy Front yard with rose bushes and large ficus tree, lemon tree on side of house Grassy backyard with multiple citrus trees and apple tree Wine barrel table with barstools in front of dozens of rose bushes Back patio (can be partially heated) with white wood slats to filter light with extendable wooden dining table with matching chairs and seating bench for 6. Events are welcome! We have folding tables and chairs to make your life easy and your event run well. Wonderful for a kids birthday, baby shower, backyard bbq, or any outdoor fun you're looking for! Ample access to unrestricted street parking.
