Jason is probably one of the most hospitable hosts i've encountered. Super easy going and extremely helpful in many situations where I found myself needing things. Another plus is that this space checks out so many categories to film in. You want a abandoned house with great textures for a music video, or a creepy feel for a horror short, or even if you want to dress it and make it feel like a 1980's sitcom for a commercial, i see it all happening. This place has a lot of value where you are able to do a lot. Thanks to Jason again.
