Hello!! Thank you for your interest in our space. Large open-plan warehouse with raw, industrial charm that serves as the perfect multi-purpose space. Conveniently located in the heart of Culver City, this space is a hidden gem with unique amenities. FEATURES Capacity: 70 A/C and heat 70" SMART TV 1,400 sq ft with no columns or obstruction Exposed bow truss ceiling Abundant east and west-facing natural light 22’ high ceilings with ample ventilation 80 black padded steel folding chairs 10 6-foot rectangular banquet tables Mounted speaker system - easy to plug into any device Wireless Internet Ceiling fans Street level entry Convenient load-in/load-out Wheelchair accessible Private restroom 200 amps of power, plenty of electrical outlets No local noise restrictions (especially in the evening, we have the whole street to ourselves!) Separate rooms to set up wardrobe/makeup services and storage areas PRICING We're happy to provide one flat hourly rate that covers all your party needs. This includes all tables and chairs in stock, any speakers/sound equipment for music, sufficient parking space, and a manager that will be onsite for your entire event to help you from start to finish. Our pricing STARTS at $100/hour and increases based on the number of guests. Here is a breakdown of that tiered pricing: 1-5 Attendees $100/Hr 6-20 Attendees $125/Hr 21-30 Attendees $145/Hr 31-50 Attendees $175/Hr 51-70 Attendees $200/Hr SECURITY DEPOSIT We collect a security deposit UP TO $500 via Venmo or cash the day of your event. This will be returned upon inspection of the space and equipment. If all is well, you will receive it on your way out. CLEANING Our hope is that our clients and their guests will respect the space and keep it tidy. We are responsible for the basic cleaning practices (mopping, taking the trash out, etc). You are responsible for removing the items you brought with you. The venue has plenty of windows that we keep open during the cleaning process to ensure proper ventilation. PARTY EQUIPMENT Included in your booking are 80 padded black steel folding chairs and 10 6-foot rectangular tables. A fully tuned speaker system is ready to be plugged into any device. Feel free to use the Smart TV for any sports games, slideshows, or videos. We also serve as a rehearsal studio, so we have band equipment to rent onsite. ALL vendors must be approved by management. PARKING AND OUTDOOR SPACE We have an gated parking lot that will be made available to you. There are 13 spaces but you're free to fill the lot! There is an abundance of free street parking in the area. The larger gated lot is joined to the venue space by a door. This makes load-in and load-out simple. Ask about having a food vendor/truck set up outside!     Venue space was nice all my guest asked for the information to book the venue. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when certain things didn’t go as planned, very understanding. Will for sure book again for another event.
