About the Space
Our space features 7 different sets to work with: ICU room, white cyc studio, office, kitchen, bedrooms, and restroom. Storage closet full of props and furniture to customize the spaces how you choose. The space is perfect for photoshoots, music videos, feature films, and commercial use. Our amenities include a full working kitchen, a shower + bath, and a wardrobe/make-up setup. We have 10 parking spots right in front of our studio for easy load-in and out. *PARKING SPOTS* #'s 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 35A, 36, 43, 44, 45 We offer professional filming and lighting equipment depending on your need for an extra fee. Please feel free to contact us about the details. **If you would like our back room/wall painted it's an additional $500** **Our working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm. Any shooting outside of those hours, including on weekends and holidays, will incur an additional fee of $15 per hour.**
