This space includes: 1) Large navy living room/den with vintage wet bar and original woodwork. 2) Front living room 3) Wood cabinet kitchen and separate eating area 4) Pink guest bedroom (first floor) 5) Detached orange studio in backyard 6) 2 car garage 7) 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) for filming or cast/crew use 8) 2 kids rooms (1 green, 1 blue) both with vaulted ceilings 9) King-sized primary room with high vaulted ceilings and wooden bookshelf nook or office space 10) Backyard and driveway for filming or craft services 11) Vintage 70s wooden staircase 12) Under staircase washer/dryer laundry room Street access for easy load-in / out Street parking for < 3 vehicles. As someone who works in advertising, I've frequently been on the other side of the table entering someone's property and filming or shooting there. We understand how it works and promise to stay out of your way while you're working! That being said, this is also our family home and we have a few rules to make this a great partnership: ***RULES*** The house must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - if you move furniture around it needs to be placed back in its original position. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. ALL furniture needs to be lifted, NOT dragged. All crew and talent must take off their shoes when walking on the carpet. We will provide you with booties to cover your shoes, talent can wear shoes on carpet while filming / shooting. Cover C-Stands with tennis balls NO smoking or vaping on the premises. NO PETS unless approved for production. Heavy body make-up is not permitted to be used indoors on furniture seeing as it stains them. You are required to clear the premises within 15 minutes of scheduled wrap time. We have hard in and hard out times please do not show up before your scheduled start time and we need to see taillights at your scheduled end time. We will give a 15 minute grace period. Production must carry out their own trash, any bags left behind will incur a fee of $100 per bag. We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location. NO to the following: Pornography of any kind NO open flames unless discussed with homeowner in advance COI required for filming: damages, liability and equipment NO loud music or disrupting the neighbors (Please stay off their front lawns when loading/unloading) We have a cat who will be put outside in our studio or in our home office away from filming.
