We have a 2-storey, 4000 sq. ft warehouse/office/studio in the heart of Strathcona/Railtown. The top level is flooded with natural light through 3 massive skylights and an opening glass garage door on the 2nd floor. We have a full kitchen with dishwasher plus two washrooms. Floors are refinished industrial wooden beams and we have a 1500 sq.ft. roof deck that is easily accessible with stairs.
