The loft is beautiful, clean, and visually stunning. Well furnished with plenty of props etc. Owner was responsive, helpful, and kind. Only minor concern is the neighborhood is a bit sketchy - I wouldn't recommend walking alone at night.

Kevin was very hospitable, we appreciate him letting us use his space. Just a little bit of noise from another building on Sundays though so keep that in mind!

Can't recommend this space enough! The hosts are incredibly welcoming and happy to help with whatever you need. The space is beautiful with lots of options and great light. We needed to book a space last-minute and Svetlana was super accommodating.

Alicia and her husband were really accommodating and easy to work with. She even cleared a shelf in her fridge to make sure we could have cold water on a hot day. They were around if we needed anything, but otherwise pretty much camped out upstairs and let us do our thing. Will definitely keep them in mind for our future productions!

Great shooting experience here. Location itself is beautiful and was perfect for our purposes - talking heads interviews for a doc. Distressed brickwork and retaining pillars, very cinematic - its hard to find a bad angle. There is a renovated area on one side of the warehouse that is perfect for your green room / makeup room / lunch room etc. 3 clean bathrooms. Host was accommodating and allowed us to check out the space multiple times before shooting for tech scouts etc. Would shoot again.

Great space and host. Standing set was ready for us when we arrived and perfect for our purposes. Stage itself is sound proofed, clean and has AC. Allowed free access to additional grip and lighting gear if we needed it. Nice green room / makeup room. Oktay was super accommodating and chill.
