This was my first time using the app and I found a great host. He was very nice and accommodating especially when we needed to get in earlier that the timeframe available. The space was clean and had backdrops and even lighting which was a bonus. The only thing I would say which may be helpful for videographers is that the CTS train that is literally right outside the window 😂😂😂 will definitely affect your audio.

This location offered a variety of rooms that we were able to use for different scenes for our short film. The host was very accommodating in terms of our schedule and usage for other areas in the building. Would definitely recommend checking this space out!

The host was so kind and generous, the place just like the pictures. Charming old building with good lighting and many rooms for options. The only downside is that if you’re recording dialogue for a video, the street can get loud and busy. Other than that, planning on using the location again soon!
