This location features a reception area, a hallway with multiple offices, a blue-walled "bull-pen", and a set of vintage computers and desks from a range of periods perfect for your hacker movie or "Office Space" type film!
In the same building you'll find a comfortable dining area, clean restrooms and friendly site-reps to make your shoot a breeze!

Martinsound hosts some of Giggster's most exciting locations including the Abandoned Grungy Apartment, the Retro Electronics Lab and the Grungy Warehouse Stockroom all in the same building!
We're happy to offer the convenience of hosting shoots that use multiple sites in our fantastic location!
To make things fair, simple and straight forward, here's our multi use booking policy:
All multi site bookings will be booked individually.
Each must have their own start and stop times and each space will be billed for individually including overtime (if the crew or gear is in the room past the booking, it goes into OT).
Each site will be billed at it's standard rate per crew size starting at $100/hr unless otherwise discussed but we will only charge the site rep fee once!
Often we will book multiple sites in one day with consecutive or sometimes overlapping crews (just as a studio with two sound stages would book multiple stages per day) and we need to ensure our ability to maximize the space in order to keep our costs down and our prices affordable for everyone!
If you require access to the entire building or half the building in one booking, we offer package rates starting at 5 and 10 hours to accommodate your needs. Message us to discuss!

All bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. If you do not have an approved booking here on Giggster your dates are not reserved.
Inquiries about the location or coming by to scout the location will not place any form of hold on your dates.
We will however provide a soft hold for specific dates by written request only once you've completed a preliminary scout.
During a soft-hold we will alert you to other clients requesting your desired filming dates and will give you approximately eight hours to make your formal booking before approving the competing booking.

This location focuses on retail and e-commerce businesses, but also provides a breadth of resources available to a wide variety of different industries.

Minimum Rate that is shown is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day.

8,500 sf coworking space with 19 private offices, open workspace, 3 meeting rooms, event space, wellness room, recreational space (air hockey), front desk, spacious kitchen area, lounges, micromarket, restrooms, copy & print area, booth seating, soundproof phone booths, and an amazing view into the 20,000 sf (currently vacant) ground floor below. Building is a former JCPenney and was transformed by a multi-million dollar adaptive reuse project in 2021. Original brick walls, concrete columns, and wood ceilings were restored and remain exposed for a creative, industrial aesthetic.
Our unique space is available for visual productions or photoshoots requiring a vintage office look. The space still retains many of historic Mimo features such as mahogany doors and panels, and brass lighting accents. Furniture styles include MiMo, Queen Ann/Chippendale, 60s-70s styles to contemporary. The space consists of 3 large executive offices with exterior views of historic Downtown Miami with an open areas in the center with a built in desk unit. A large conference room with seating for 6 is also outfitted with a projection screen, ceiling mounted TV unit, and built in flip chart holder.
Actual art work in the space may vary from the listing photos since the space is used to exhibit works of art. Art work may be removed if needed during reservations - just let us know in advance
The space also has limited elevator access so filming is not accidentally interrupted by someone not associated with the production coming onto the floor. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby.
A 2 hour minimum booking is required.
Please note this space is also available for long term lease so we are only booking reservations which are 30 days or less in advance.
Behind the Dutch Revival style façade of this historic building built in 1902 is a 3-story contemporary interior crowned with a brick glass ceiling. Natural sunlight floods the vast interior united by a soaring spiral staircase from the ground floor to the third floor.
The Carriage House has been featured in films, books, magazines and newspapers. It has hosted exclusive events, art exhibitions, weddings, fashion shows, dinners and parties.
The venue features a large reception area, 2 vast spaces, wood burning fireplace, spacious meeting room with bath en suite, chef's kitchen, powder room, 3rd floor terrace, ceiling heights up to 25', curb cut and garage entrance, making it ideal for production sets, as well as for a variety of social, corporate, and private events.
