Debby and her colleagues were incredibly kind and communicative. There was always quick communication/responses, kindness, willingness to help. The space itself was also great, well decorated, and looked great on camera. Easy to park, unload equipment, and shoot. Note: was cat hair in the location for those who have allergies.

Lovely place on a somewhat quiet street in Downtown LA. The pictures of the main (red) room are exactly what you get. Then there are the hidden gems upstairs, which really opened up new possibilities. Dark rooms with similar Victorian furniture. Totally different vibe. Our storyline pertained to the lights having been blown out, so the upstairs rooms were perfect. This place would be amazing for a horror shoot. Now for the only disappointment... We had to arrange 3 separate locations for this particular shooting day, and after spending a couple of weeks pouring over all the possibilities we finally pulled the trigger and reserved them all at once. This location was the third that we clicked on to confirm. It was then that we saw for the first time an additional $120 surcharge for a mandatory site-rep, which was not indicated anywhere in the ad for this space. We had a choice to either just suck it up and pay it, or cancel all the reservations and try rebook somewhere else. We chose to go overbudget rather than go through the scheduling nightmare again. I never met the site rep but was told she was next door. Other than that, it was a really good shoot. We would totally come back, now knowing the full cost, and would be able to budget accordingly.

We had such a great time shooting our music video. It completely fit the aesthetic of our song and everything we wanted. Rachel said at the beginning of the day to just text her with any issues so I asked her for an extra paid hour in the space due to technical difficulties and because she didn't have anyone occupying the space for a little bit of time she granted us the extra time. I was so happy and she is very accommodating and a very cool, kind person. Would definitely book here again and I definitely recommend you book here

Monica, the host, answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She was pleasant at every interaction. The space was so beautiful! And I loved that she offered outdoor furniture pieces to compliment any event! Would recommend to anyone hosting an outdoor event.

Los Angeles has never felt more Zen. Nestled in Topanga Canyon, this location seems as if it were carved from a sacred mountain. It's within the studio zone, yet it feels like a different country entirely. Brian was easy to communicate with, and his staff was both helpful and knowledgeable. While parking is limited, a nearby church lot is available for rent for cast and crew.

Cara is a great host! She is helpful and responsive. This is my team and I's second time here and I would keep coming back! Lots of open space and different outdoor scenes, easy parking, as well as a kitchen and restrooms all for your use. Highly recommend!

This was the most ideal place we ever could have imagined for our film shoot. Cara is a dream to work with, incredibly responsive, and helpful. The grounds are immaculate and breathtaking. The cabins and lodge have so much character and are perfect multifunctional locations. Jose, the property manager, is a rockstar and was so helpful as well. The place is huge and has many, many different locations for various activities. There is plenty of parking and easy access points. This is a really, really special place that you would be very lucky to be able to rent. Thank you, Cara!
