About the Space
Historic Spanish revival building with beige stucco and terracotta roof tiles. Our front door is original from 1923, wood painted green. *Fun fact: The scene in Top Gun where Tom Cruise dashes away on his motorcycle from the bar, was filmed in front of our building! Through the entrance is a lobby with original terrazzo flooring and vaulted arched ceiling. walking straight through this lobby is the parallel set of doors taking you out to the patio and rose garden with palm trees. Lobby is currently filled with cafe style furniture appropriate to the period, wooden chairs and tables with caning. Off the lobby to the left is a suite that has been updated as a small office or meeting space. Simple design with white walls that is very versatile. Includes an ADA ramp within the room off to the side, plenty of space besides this. Patio has two large wooden tables with seating for 12 each and large striped umbrellas over each. Sitting at these tables overlooks the rose garden, English formal garden style with a fountain in the center. Feels Californian with the palm trees framing the garden.

Michele was informative, patient, and gracious from start to finish. An excellent host! The space was clean, neat, and worked well for our meetup. We used it for board games and a pizza party. Everything went smoothly and so well that we even added an extra hour. If you’re looking for a great space, look no further!

This is a beautiful and flexible space in a prime location. The venue is a co-working office with lots of rolling desks which can be easily moved around in order to meet the needs of the event. There's ample natural light and the windows can be opened for fresh air. I hosted my daughter's 11th birthday party there and it was the perfect spot for the day's activities. There was plenty of room for us to set up food and presents, and we were able to push desks together to have all the kids sit together to eat and participate in activities so that no one felt left out. The circular driveway made it so easy for parents to pull up for drop-off and pick-up, and ample parking around the building for those who wanted to stay in Liberty Station for a few hours and enjoy the day! I would definitely book this venue again.
