This is a country house with 28 acres surrounding. Mountain and valley views. House has very large windows in all rooms with crown molding in living areas and master bedroom. Oak cabinets in kitchen and wallpaper in large entrance hall. Large rooms throughout house. House is approximately 3700 SF with 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. Also has outdoor bathroom and potting shed. Much patio space in back of house with valley view. 4 bedrooms in house, one outside upstairs with half bath.

Barbara and her husband were excellent hosts. The location was very spacious and offered plenty of restrooms for our cast and crew. It also worked out great for sound we had no issues with sound pollution. They made sure we had everything we needed and were very communicative throughout the process. This was our second time filming at their home, and we would definitely consider it again for future projects.
