It is a Industrial-Style Gym/Fitness Studio with open-plan 5,000 sq.ft. space that can be reconfigured to suit a variety of photo and film shoots and fitness videos, shows and tutorials. It has heavy weights, and other fitness equipment are housed in a concrete-walled, industrial space. There is plenty of on-site parking and easy access to the building. Easy vehicle access, Tall ceilings, Private location, Overnight gear storage available, Great relationship with neighbors makes the space more suitable for photoshoots and film shoots.
